Fresh-Pak Chilled Foods is the UK’s largest dedicated manufacturer of fresh sandwich fillers. We operate from two
state-of-the-art well-invested factories, one in Loughborough, Leicestershire and the other in Barnsley,
South Yorkshire.
We employ over 500 well-trained people across the two sites and pride ourselves on having absolute focus on producing the highest quality products, designed and developed by a highly skilled team of chefs and technologists.
Fresh-Pak’s success is built on a 20 year history of specialist food manufacturing experience. Our core skills include the production of hard-boiled eggs at 30,000 eggs per hour and production of some 80 tonnes of mayonnaise
per week.
We produce a catalogue in excess of 400 products ranging from high quality staples such as Egg Mayonnaise, Tuna and Sweetcorn, Chicken and Bacon, through to products such as Mediterranean Pearl Cous Cous and Coriander Chilli and Garlic Prawns. Products are developed to specific customer requirements, but always resonating to current consumer trends, with our own marketing team ensuring that the consumer is at the forefront of our business thinking.
To support a consumer driven approach, we are proud of our technical and food safety skills, with both factories employing full technical teams. Routine food safety testing is carried out by our in-house laboratory, with both sites being accredited to BRC level A.
